Formed in 1900 as part of the Chorley and District league Whittle & Clayton Le-Woods Cricket Club enjoyed great success including winning league and cup double in the league's final year.
From 2006 Whittle & Clayton Le-Woods Cricket Club joined the Palace Shield and have had an instant impact finishing winners of Division 3 and gaining promotion in the clubs first year.
Whittle & Clayton Le-Woods Cricket Club intend to build upon this great start and are always looking for players,senior and junior, non-playing members,volunteers and sponsors to help move the club forward.
Whittle & C-L-W CC is currently in the process of gaining Club mark accreditation and improving the facilities at Kem Mill Lane with the construction of a brand new pavilion.
